About the Role Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our team during Q4, our busiest season.

This is a temporary role, expected to work full-time hours out of our Midtown NYC office through the end of 2026.
Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and ordersAssist in the preparation and processing of purchase ordersSupport basic quality control checks to ensure product standardsSecure deliveries and promptly pick up orders from vendors as neededPerform general office duties and provide administrative support as requiredPerform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned to support overall business needs.
Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills with top tier attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills xzbcwsv Proficiency in Google SuitePositive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
DetailsFull-time role onsite located in Midtown, NYCWorking Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that this engagement will be during peak sales periods, and your day may extend past listed office hoursThe compensation range for this role is $25/hr
