The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience in regulatory and compliance projects is highly desirable.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.

• Establish and manage effective Project Governance and reporting mechanisms.

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and change control.

• Lead stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, presentations, and management updates.

• Ensure project assurance, compliance, and governance requirements are met.

• Work closely with senior sponsors, Programme Managers, business teams, and technology teams.

• Drive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies .

• Experience managing projects up to $2M

• Experience managing teams of up to 20 members

• Strong leadership, communication, resilience, and storytelling skills

• Experience in Regulatory & Compliance / Energy / Trading / Finance domains
