ThePilot.in is expanding its DGCA CPL Ground Training team and we’re looking for passionate and experienced Ground Instructors to join us.

If you have a strong command of DGCA CPL subjects and enjoy helping aspiring pilots build a strong foundation for their aviation careers, we’d love to hear from you.

Location Mumbai / Gurgaon

Subjects

We are looking for instructors for:

• Air Navigation
• Aviation Meteorology
• Air Regulations
• Technical General
• RTR / Radio Telephony

‍✈️ What we’re looking for

• Ground Instructor with Previous experience in Teaching DGCA subjects 
• Strong knowledge of DGCA CPL syllabus and examination requirements
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to simplify complex aviation concepts
• Strong focus on cadet understanding and examination readiness

What you’ll be part of

At ThePilot.in , we work with aspiring pilots and Airline cadet pilot programs across India and globally. Our focus is not just on completing the syllabus, but on building exam-ready, flight-ready and career-ready pilots .

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Engagement: Full-time
