Merago Healthcare Technologies Private Limited is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive – Outbound Sales Calling to join our team at MG Road, Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, generating sales opportunities, following up with customers, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate sales opportunities through outbound calling.
• Follow up with interested customers and leads.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Update customer information in the CRM/company system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidates with experience in customer support, outbound calling, telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development will be preferred.
