What You’ll Do Manage inquiries from physicians and healthcare facilities across the countryMatch providers to open assignments and negotiate each dealDrive revenue by placing clinicians with new and existing clientsBuild long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-throughArrange interviews, extend offers, and negotiate contract termsPartner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth assignmentsMaintain accurate pipeline activity in our databaseHit and exceed production goals
What It Takes to Excel Strong negotiator who loves closing and winningAbility to juggle multiple deals and deadlinesBuilds rapport quickly; communicates with confidenceHighly organized with strong follow-throughMotivated by targets and compensation growthExperience in sales or recruiting (healthcare staffing is a plus)
