About who needs care: Grandmother with dementia, recent mini stroke She enjoys watching tv taking short walks About the care needs: Someone caring, empathetic, and kind and someone who can recognize stroke and TIA symptoms She needs help taking morning pills and she had her first mini stroke a week ago so we need to monitor her closely. She has had TIA's after having the stroke. She is also very weak and forgetful No recent surgeries Services needed include: transportation to doctor's appointments, meal prep, errands / shopping, companionship, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
