A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Director of Foodservice Sales to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and strengthen strategic customer relationships across national, regional, and independent foodservice channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute foodservice sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.Build and expand relationships with major foodservice distributors, operators, brokers, and strategic accounts.Lead new business development, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and account expansion.Manage sales forecasting, budgets, pipeline performance, and key business metrics.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development to support business growth.
Qualifications10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within food, beverage, ingredients, or CPG manufacturing.5+ years of foodservice sales leadership experience.Proven success managing national accounts, foodservice distributors, and customer relationships.Strong background in revenue growth, pricing, contract negotiations, forecasting, and profitability.Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed sales teams.Excellent strategic, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Travel: Up to 50%.
