Role Overview We are looking for BMC Helix ITSM professionals across levels to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Digital Workplace and ITSM solutions. The role will involve Helix ITSM configuration, workflow development, CMDB, integrations, reporting, and automation, with senior resources leading architecture and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, SLA. Develop and enhance Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Smart Reporting dashboards. Design and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, service mapping, and reconciliation. Build and manage integrations using Helix Integration Studio, REST APIs, and middleware. I
