Will work every other weekend. Pay rate: 19$ per hour Qualifications Education & experience: HS diploma or GED required and 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience. Physical: Lift up to 60 lbs unassisted; frequent standing, bending, repetitive motion, and extensive hacksaw use. Environment: Industrial plant (heat, noise, dust, chemical odors); 8-12+ hour shifts. Safety: Strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE required. Responsibilities Inspection & Quality: Visually inspect siding for defects; alert operators of issues. Packaging & Setup: Assemble/glue/label boxes, assist with line set-up, pack products, and strap skids. Operations: Maintain line housekeeping, restock glue, train new packers, and support shift leaders. Schedule Note: Orientation may be 7 AM - 4 PM for the first 3 days.
