Manage day-to-day accounting operations Handle billing and invoicing independently Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents Maintain customer and vendor accounts Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports and MIS Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, and vendors Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks Mandatory RequirementsStrong knowledge of Billing & Invoicing is a MUST Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience Good knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Strong accounting and reconciliation skills Good communication and team-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to work on-site in Attingal, conduct client visits as required, and collaborate effectively with internal teams is essential.
