Job Responsibilities : - You Will be part of the Customer Service team of a renowned Client in UK , where your main mission will be to receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries Understand the customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through ( Email , Voice & Chat ) Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores. Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems. Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements. Meet individual and team performance targets ( Productivity, Quality, CSAT ). Upsell/Cross-sell products or services where applicable.

Required-Skills : - Atleast ( 0 - 5 yrs) in the Customer Support role in the International Voice & Chat. Advanced level of English Communication Skills are required to express yourself clearly and professionally. Should be flexible with the Rotational-Shifts ( UK / US ). Working Mode :- Should be working Onsite from the Office.

Salary - Range : -

For Freshers : - CTC Offered = ( 3 Lacs / Per Annum )

For Experienced : - CTC Offered = ( 4.5 Lacs / Per Annum )
