Segrera Associates is conducting a search for a Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed professional services organization.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of accounting, process improvement, and systems implementation. You’ll play a key role in modernizing finance operations and driving consistency across a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

This is hybrid (2-3 days in office in Tampa) and is paying $90-120k plus bonus
What You’ll Do:Lead efforts to standardize accounting policies and procedures across the organizationDevelop, document, and maintain clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controlSupport the rollout of new financial systems and technologies, including process design and user adoptionPartner cross-functionally with corporate leadership and business unit stakeholders to align on financial processesAssist in building a scalable finance infrastructure to support growth and integration of new partnerships
What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)Proven experience standardizing accounting processes in a multi-entity or high-growth environmentStrong xzbcwsv background in documenting SOPs and implementing process improvementsHands-on experience supporting or leading system implementations or upgradesAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across corporate and operational teamsStrong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
