• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC / RCM, ONB / Compensation Modules .
• Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus .
