Counselor

We're Hiring | Academic Counselors | Bengaluru & Mumbai Daskalos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. , the strategic execution arm of Emeritus , is hiring Academic Counselors to support student recruitment for leading international universities establishing their branch campuses in India. If you're passionate about counselling students, building relationships, and helping them make informed academic decisions, we'd love to hear from you. Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai Work Schedule: 6-Day Workweek Key Responsibilities: • Counsel prospective students and parents on undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by leading international universities. • Handle enquiries through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and walk-ins. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective students and drive enrolments. • Follow up with leads and guide applicants through the admissions process. • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress in Salesforce CRM. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Education Sales. • Prior experience in higher education, universities, or EdTech is preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills. • Strong consultative selling approach with a proven track record of achieving targets. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
