Job SummaryA nationwide law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Assistant to support its First Party Property team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is comfortable managing client communication and case documentation throughout the pre-suit process.In addition to competitive hourly compensation, this position offers a performance-based incentive package.

ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with preparing and organizing pre-litigation case documentation and records.Manage case files from inception through resolution under attorney supervision.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information within the firm’s case management system.Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and third parties regarding case updates and documentation.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and case-related communications.Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers throughout the pre-suit process.Escalate issues and case developments to attorneys as appropriate.Support the transition of files from pre-litigation to litigation.Handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and organization.
QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (required).Prior experience as a pre-litigation assistant, legal assistant, or paralegal preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. xzbcwsv Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and deadline management skills.
