Maintenance Associate Reports to: Property Manager & Lead Maintenance Location: Wichita Falls, TX Units: 114 Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living The Woodlands is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 114-unit residential apartment community. Compensation & Benefits: 401(k) & 401(k) matching Health / Dental / Vision insurance with company contribution Voluntary benefits such as Disability/ Accident / Critical Illness Paid time off Paid Holidays Responsibilities: Prepare units for occupancy Paint and complete make readies for occupancy Perform daily trash pickup Assist in general maintenance work as requested Perform light checks Perform manual repairs when necessary Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager Skills: Proven experience as maintenance associate Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Good physical condition and strength #TXIND
