We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer who is passionate about luxury interiors and exceptional execution.

This is an opportunity to work on signature projects from concept development through completion while collaborating with architects, consultants, craftsmen, vendors, and senior leadership.

• Develop complete interior design concepts from initial brief to final execution.
• Create mood boards, concept presentations, colour palettes and material schemes.
• Prepare functional space planning and layout options.
• Develop furniture layouts and interior styling concepts.

• Produce detailed working drawings including:
• Floor Plans
• Furniture Layouts
• Elevations
• Joinery Details
• False Ceiling Plans
• Lighting Layouts
• Electrical Coordination Drawings
• Material & Finish Drawings
• Prepare BOQs, specifications and material schedules.
• Coordinate design documentation with consultants and project teams.

• Source and specify:
• Furniture
• Lighting
• Stone
• Timber
• Fabrics
• Decorative finishes
• Accessories
• Bespoke elements
• Stay updated with emerging materials, technologies and luxury design trends.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Perform site visits, measurements and design reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and execution teams.
• Resolve site-related design challenges while maintaining design integrity.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines and budgets.

• Strong understanding of luxury interior design principles.
• Excellent space planning and design detailing skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods.
• Experience preparing detailed GFC drawings.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Applicants should be proficient in most of the following:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office

Knowledge of AI-powered design workflows will be considered an advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3-8 years of professional experience in residential, workplace, hospitality or commercial interiors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality completed projects.
• Ability to work full-time from our Delhi NCR office with regular site visits.

• Experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Experience in premium corporate workplaces.
• Boutique hospitality design experience.
• Excellent material knowledge.
• Strong detailing capabilities.
• Vendor and execution coordination experience.
• Understanding of Vastu and culturally contextual design.
• Passion for design excellence and continuous learning.
