Position: Government Sales Manager

Reporting to: Director

Role Overview

The Government Manager will lead HOF's engagement with government departments, PSUs, and institutional buyers by driving strategic partnerships, securing tenders, ensuring procurement compliance, and expanding business opportunities across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop government and PSU business strategies.
• Secure tenders and institutional projects.
• Build relationships with procurement authorities.
• Ensure e-tender and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Track market intelligence.
• Represent HOF at forums and exhibitions.
• Build long-term public sector partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Certifications in Public Procurement, Contract Management, or Government Relations are preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret government policies.
• Proficiency in project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public sector engagement.
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
