In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, assign and supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and support safe transitions of care. The Charge RN mentors team members, supports evidence-based practice, and promotes a compassionate, patient-centered environment aligned with HCA’s culture of integrity, learning, and professional growth.
