About Our Client Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the retail, grocery, and healthcare space. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager - Retail should have: Experience with retail construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including contractors and architects. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
