Technical program manager

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale engineering and modernization initiatives across multiple teams.

Mandatory Experience

10+ years of overall professional experience 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience within engineering or technology organizations 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in software development, system design, or technical architecture

Experience driving large, cross-functional technical programs with significant business or engineering impact Ability to build and structure programs from the ground up, including defining goals, success measures, governance, and execution processes Strong experience managing dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders Technical depth to work effectively with engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority A track record of delivering measurable outcomes beyond just timelines and project completion

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation who have transitioned into Technical Program Management and have experience driving complex engineering programs end to end.
