Project Manager

Job Description Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure proper execution of projects ¿ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget ¿ Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases. ¿ Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements ¿ Manage project budget and resource allocation. ¿ Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management. ¿ Organize and coordinate project kick off and delivery meetings. ¿ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility ¿ Communicate resource requirement and availability on time ¿ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate framework ¿ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ¿ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals ¿ Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis ¿ Focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc. ¿ Proactively identify, document, and communicate risks and propose risk mitigation approaches ¿ Experience in MS Office suite (MS Excel & PowerPoint), MS Visio ¿ Stay updated on the latest Excel, Power Point and AI features, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions. ¿ Need to work from Office. (Hybrid) Main difficulties / Key Success factors related to the position ¿ Managing global and regional projects ¿ Align technical solutions with regional requirements and global strategy ¿ Manage priorities effectively across multiple regions Educational background ¿ Bachlor/Master¿s degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience with technical Microsoft certifications (8 years) ¿ Certifications (advanced ITIL experience, Project Management, PMP, Prince2 Agile/Lean) ¿ 3 years of experience in project management in large organizations ¿ Familiar with ticketing systems, incident and request management, time and resource management (Service Now) ¿ Familiar with BackLog management systems (Jira & Confluence) Communication skills oral & written: ¿ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ¿ Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in project management and related tools
