Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to guide and convert prospective learners into enrolled students through consultative counselling and relationship-driven sales .

Key Responsibilities

·        Connect hot leads via calls, WhatsApp and email using CRM tool

·        Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses

·        Deliver clear and persuasive course counselling

·        Handle queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach

·        Drive enrolments through structured follow-ups

·        Maintain accurate records in CRM

·        Manage admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversions

·        Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

·        Achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets

Desired Candidate Profile Experience:

·        1–4 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counselling (B2C preferred)

Skills

·        Strong communication in Hindi & English

·        Ability to simplify and explain spiritual/complex concepts

·        Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills

·        Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach

Requirements

•     Graduate (any stream)

•     Understanding of sales skills

•     Strong interpersonal skills

•     Positive attitude and willingness to learn

•     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•  Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage
