Roles and responsibilities Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting. Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L schedules Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services. Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure. Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth. Qualification, Experience/Competencies Chartered Accountant (CA) is must Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferable 10 years of relevant experience in GL domain Exceptional people management skills Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management Knowledge of automation, Quality improvements Ready to work as individual contributor as and when required Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes Other Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and other stakeholders Strong analytical, Time Management and Good Presentation skills Organized with keen attention to detail Technology/ERP Must have substantial ERP experience – SAP, Oracle, D365, Blackline Understanding of latest tools and technology – Workflow, Digital Dashboards Expert working knowledge
