Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous home health experience required
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Territory: 50-mile radius from the office
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week, 6 daily

Location Highlights

Medford offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional wine country in southern Oregon. Downtown Medford is about 10 minutes from Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, a National Historic Landmark district with preserved 19th-century architecture.
