Now hiring Make Ready Service Technicians at Park West 205!
The Make Ready Service Technician prepares vacant apartments for market-ready condition by performing various maintenance and turnover duties including, but not limited to:
- Standard apartment turns and unit preparation
- Basic appliance repair and troubleshooting
- Drywall repair and touch-up painting
- Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement
- Caulking and apartment touch-ups
- Trash-out and debris removal
- Testing locks and key sets
- Assisting with property inspections and apartment walks
- Maintaining grounds and common areas including trash pickup, sweeping sidewalks and breezeways, etc.
- Assisting Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Housekeeping as needed
- This is a newer property, so the role will focus primarily on routine turns and general maintenance needs rather than extensive renovation work.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $18.00 –$19.00 per hour
- Up to 20% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Position will eventually participate in rotating on-call responsibilities
- Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed

What we’ll expect from you:
- Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
- Traditional maintenance skills and hands-on experience preferred.
- Experience with apartment turns, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and basic electrical work preferred.
- Candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred, but not required.
- One year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent education and experience.
