Senior Sales Manager / Business Developer

We're hiring a senior sales / business-development lead to own our pipeline end to end — from generating qualified leads to closing $10,000–$15,000 USD per month in new business for Nexen Labz.

Full-time Lahore, Pakistan · Hybrid Proven B2B / agency sales PKR 150,000 – 250,000 / month (based on experience)

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads across channels and markets
• Build and own the sales pipeline end to end
• Pitch our design, development, and growth services
• Close $10k–$15k USD/month in new business
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and reporting

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B / agency sales and business-development track record
• Strong lead-generation and closing skills
• Comfortable owning targets and a pipeline independently
