Experience

• Preferably 2 years of teaching and research experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing council.
• Sound knowledge of academic settings and nursing curricula.

Job Description

Job Summary: The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures/seminars, conducting research, and contributing to the academic development of the faculty. The role involves engaging with students, assisting in curriculum development, and participating in departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in assigned subjects
• Prepare and update course materials, syllabus, and assessments in line with institutional standards.
• Supervise undergraduate students in research projects and assignments.
• Contribute to research activities, including publishing in reputable journals and presenting at conferences.
• Participate in academic advising, student mentoring, and departmental meetings.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in the field.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.
