The facility operates as an outpatient clinic delivering primary care services to an adult patient population. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery, with an emphasis on chronic disease management including diabetes. The facility accommodates day shift locum tenens coverage on an on-site basis.

The city offers clinicians on assignment a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Points of interest include the Freedom Trail, the Museum of Science, and distinct neighborhoods such as Beacon Hill and the North End, each featuring architecture, dining, and cultural experiences. Clinicians may also explore the area by bike through the Bluebikes program, by foot, or via water tours around the harbor, with year-round programming available across parks, waterways, and public spaces.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an expected caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include the evaluation and management of primary care conditions, with an emphasis on type 2 diabetes, including comfort with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin. Clinicians with at least one year of experience in primary care and demonstrated management of type 2 diabetes are preferred; those with diabetes management experience in a primary care setting are also considered. Clinicians without diabetes specialty experience will not be scheduled for patients with complex diabetes. Massachusetts NP license and DEA registration are required.
