Location: Stamford, CT | Projects Throughout Connecticut
We are working with an established General Contractor seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee three major building conversion projects to residential use throughout Connecticut.The ideal candidate will have a strong General Contractor background with experience in large-scale renovations, adaptive reuse, multifamily residential construction, or complex building conversions.ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project performance.Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.Monitor project costs, forecasting, billing, and financial performance.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Qualifications5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.Experience with major renovations, residential conversions, adaptive reuse, or multifamily construction.Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred, but not required.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Long-term growth opportunities. xzbcwsv Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for a confidential conversation regarding the opportunity.
