Allied Axiom Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. i looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team.

Experience: 1-2 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and other departments.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchases are made according to company policies and approved requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
