This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape procurement strategy, influence business-wide decision-making and lead a growing procurement function through its next phase of development.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, commercial value and supply resilience across a diverse international supplier base. You will play a key role in supporting business growth, managing risk and developing a high-performing procurement and supply planning team.

Your new role

Develop and deliver the procurement strategy aligned to business objectives.
Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and external partners.
Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and risk mitigation initiatives.
Lead and develop a procurement and supply planning team.
Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial, finance and technical functions.
Deliver continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems and governance.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven leadership experience within procurement, sourcing or category management.
Strong commercial and negotiation capability.
Demonstrable experience managing complex supplier relationships and procurement programmes.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or another fast-paced product-led environment would be advantageous.
