We're Hiring: Principal Business Analyst – Oracle EBS (Finance)

We're looking for an experienced Principal Business Analyst with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise to partner with Finance and IT teams, optimize financial processes, and drive system improvements.This is a great opportunity for a finance systems professional who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, translating requirements into functional solutions, and helping finance teams get the most out of Oracle EBS.What You'll DoServe as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).Support and improve financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), revenue recognition, and consolidations.Gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate needs into functional specifications and system solutions.Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.Support financial reporting, period-end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations.Drive functional configuration, setup, testing, and enhancements within Oracle EBS.Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and improved financial systems efficiency.Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical teams.What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional analysis, finance systems, or a related role.Strong hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS financial modules, particularly GL, AP, and AR.Solid understanding of core accounting and finance processes, including P2P, O2C, general ledger, and consolidations.Experience with functional configuration, module setup, requirements gathering, and process mapping.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams.A proven ability to analyze business challenges, recommend solutions, and drive improvements.A forward-thinking mindset toward automation, AI, and digital transformation in finance.Work Arrangement & Additional DetailsHybrid work model: in-person collaboration two days per week.Full-time opportunity with an immediate start preferred.Competitive compensation package, including bonus potential.Professional certifications are a plus but not required. xzbcwsv If you're a hands-on Oracle EBS functional expert who understands finance processes and thrives at the intersection of business and technology, we'd love to connect!
