As a Business Development Associate with The Dorne Region in Las Vegas, your work centers on helping prospective clients understand what is available to them and what the next step looks like. You will connect with prospects, answer initial questions, and coordinate the handoff to the right person on the team.
Day to day, you will follow up with contacts, schedule consultations, document activity accurately, and help move interested prospects through the process. You will also support outreach efforts and contribute to the team's growth goals.
Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential.
No prior insurance experience is needed. Training on products, process and communication begins in your first week, with coaching and team support continuing as you grow.
