Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong Dart and Flutter skills, a good understanding of mobile application architecture, and experience integrating mobile apps with secure backend APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces for Android and iOS.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
  
• Implement state management using suitable approaches such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Implement secure authentication, session management, and token handling.
• Handle application navigation, form validation, error handling, and offline or network-related scenarios.
• Integrate mobile capabilities such as camera, biometrics, push notifications, and devicepermissions where required.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, and device-specific problems.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and business teams.
• Participate in code reviews, release preparation, and publishing applications to the relevant app stores.
• Follow mobile security guidelines and best practices for protecting sensitive data.

Experience & Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining mobile applications, including strong practical experience with Flutter and Dart and delivery of production applications for Android and iOS.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience developing and maintaining Android and iOS applications.
• Good understanding of state management and mobile application architecture.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, error handling, and application lifecycle management.
• Understanding of secure token storage, authentication, and API communication.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to debug mobile applications and optimize performance.
• Understanding of responsive layouts and reusable UI components.
• Experience with BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent state management solutions.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and crash reporting.
• Experience with biometric authentication and secure local storage.
• Knowledge of automated testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications and app store releases.
• Familiarity with native Android or iOS development.
• Experience in banking, fintech, digital wallets, payments, or other security-sensitive applications.
