Alliance Formulations is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Plant Head to lead and manage all manufacturing operations at our Baddi facility. The role carries complete responsibility for Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, EHS, Administration, and Operational Excellence while ensuring world-class manufacturing standards, regulatory compliance, and business growth. Candidates from Pharma background only will be considered preferred in liquids / non medicine.
