• You are a creative thinker who understands how ideas should come to life visually.
• At SoCheers, a Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual direction of campaigns and ensuring that creative ideas are expressed with clarity, consistency, and craft.
• You think beyond individual creatives and begin focusing on the larger visual system of a campaign — how different pieces connect, how visuals strengthen the core idea, and how design helps brands stand out.
• You collaborate closely with writers, strategists, video teams, and brand experience teams to ensure that campaigns are not only executed well, but also creatively strong and visually distinctive.
• You also play an important role in guiding designers and maintaining the overall creative standards of the team.

What will you do?

• Translate campaign ideas into clear visual directions and design systems.
• Lead the visual execution of campaigns across social media, digital, and brand touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs for assigned brands or campaigns.
• Participate actively in brainstorming and concept development discussions.
• Suggest visual approaches, layouts, and formats that strengthen creative ideas.
• Collaborate closely with writers to align visuals with storytelling and tone.
• Work with strategists to understand campaign objectives and audience context.
• Guide designers through feedback and support stronger visual execution.
• Ensure designs are adapted effectively for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain high creative standards while managing multiple campaign timelines.
