Job Description The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - Charlotte will be responsible for: Supporting Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. Assisting with managing project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules. Collaborating with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintaining project progress and communication. Monitoring project budgets, costs, and procurement activities while supporting overall project controls. Contributing to project meetings, reporting, and problem-solving efforts throughout the construction lifecycle. Supporting delivery of major projects including data centers, educational facilities, and other complex commercial developments. Assisting with ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations. The Successful Applicant The successful Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - Charlotte will have: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role. Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects. The ability to thrive within large project teams and fast-paced project environments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Data center construction experience as a significant advantage. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
