Garment Production & QC Manager

About the role We're looking for someone to own quality and production across Aura's production network. You set the standard, approve the first piece, stop the line when it's wrong, and clear the shipment when it's right. Nothing ships without your call, that's the authority this role carries from day one. What you'll own Production coordination First-piece approval In-process QC Final inspection and dispatch clearance Vendor liaison Capacity and manpower visibility What we're looking for 4–12 years in garment or textile production and quality Hands-on QC ability - you can measure a garment and judge stitching quality yourself Experience coordinating with external/jobwork vendors, not just an in-house line Enough spine to hold a vendor to a standard and enough sense to keep the relationship working About Us Aura Workwear is a specialist uniform brand supplying manufacturing units, industrial facilities and pharmaceutical units across India with high-quality, professionally designed workwear.
