Job Title : Accountant

Reports to : CFO/CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounta nt with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a good understanding of accounting principles

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
• Support monthly accounts closing activities and MIS reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
• Assist during audits and financial reviews.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheet and accounting software Zoho Books, or similar tools
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
