Field Sales Executive

Sales Engineer – Construction Equipment SSSH Equipments Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our Construction Equipment Sales team. Locations: Chennai | Vellore | Tiruvannamalai Experience: 1–2 years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Fuel Allowance Performance Incentives Employment: Full-time | Field Sales About the Role We are looking for Sales Engineers who are passionate about construction equipment and field sales and can build strong relationships with customers across their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell Hyundai Construction Equipment * Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts * Visit contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, equipment owners and other potential customers * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers * Conduct regular field visits and follow up on enquiries * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets * Coordinate with service and internal teams to ensure excellent customer support * Monitor market activities and competitor products Candidate Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in sales / field sales * Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, automobiles, tractors or industrial equipment will be preferred * Fluency in Tamil is mandatory * Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * Strong interest in field sales and customer relationship management * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory * Valid two-wheeler driving licence * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Engineering will be an advantage What We Offer * ₹25,000–₹35,000 monthly salary * Fuel allowance * Performance-based incentives in addition to salary * Career growth opportunities * Opportunity to work in the construction equipment industry * Exposure to Hyundai Construction Equipment and a professional sales environment Preferred Background Candidates currently or previously working with companies/dealerships dealing in JCB, Hyundai Construction Equipment, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Tata Hitachi, CASE, Kobelco, Mahindra Construction Equipment, tractors or other heavy machinery are encouraged to apply.
