Head - Fabrication

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head - Fabrication (Poles) to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of pole fabrication, welding, assembly, and dispatch activities. The incumbent will be responsible for driving production excellence, productivity improvement, quality compliance, cost optimization, safety performance, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of customer requirements. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, welding operations, plate processing, resource planning, and lean manufacturing practices. Experience in managing large fabrication facilities with exposure to CNC plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, press brakes, shot blasting, welding, and assembly
