What You’ll Do

Write High-Impact B2B Content

• Create thought leadership articles, blogs, and whitepapers focused on topics like cloud data migration, master data management (MDM), analytics, and AI/ML use cases
• Write website copy, landing pages, and service descriptions that clearly communicate our value to technical and business stakeholders
• Craft compelling email content for lead nurturing, newsletters, and event promotions

Make Your Content Discoverable

• Embed SEO best practices into everything you write (keywords, metadata, structure)
• Research competitors, trending industry topics, and customer pain points to inspire relevant content
• Use web traffic reports to track performance and iterate content strategies

Collaborate with Experts

• Work closely with data consultants, architects, and delivery leads to gather insights and simplify technical concepts for broader audiences
• Co-create speaker slides, webinar content, and case studies that highlight our client impact

Support Campaigns & Social Engagement

• Develop content for LinkedIn and Reddit to grow our audience and position LumenData as a thought leader in the data space
• Collaborate with design and other teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging across all channels

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7years of experience in content writing, B2B copywriting, or digital content marketing
• Strong US English writing skills — a portfolio of writing samples is required
• Excellent grammar, storytelling, and ability to write for varied formats and audiences
• Experience writing about or for technical products or services (preferably in data, cloud, or SaaS domains)
• Education in English, Communications, Journalism, or similar — or equivalent professional experience
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders

Bonus If You Have

• Exposure to platforms like Salesforce, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Reltio, or other enterprise data solutions
• Experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), email tools (e.g. HubSpot or Mailchimp), or webinar platforms
• Interest in growing into a Content Strategist or Campaign Manager role
