R&D Chef — MVIL F&B vertical Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Type: Full-time About us We are looking for a creative, detail-driven chef to lead menu innovation and recipe development, helping shape the food and beverage identity of our cafe subsidiary. The Role The Chef will develop new dishes, drinks, and seasonal menus while ensuring everything we serve is consistent, cost-effective, and scalable for daily café operations. Responsibilities : • Design and test new menu items (food and beverage), from concept to final recipe • Standardize recipes with precise measurements, plating guides, and prep instructions for consistency across shifts • Source and evaluate ingredients, including seasonal and local options • Calculate food costs and portion sizes to keep new items profitable •
