Managing vendor relationships and performance metrics, the full-time Risk Adjustment Vendor Manager will drive strategy, ensure accurate KPI reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational performance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Develop and lead risk adjustment vendor strategy aligned with enterprise goals Negotiate contracts and manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including onboarding and offboarding activities Design and maintain KPI frameworks and analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, statistics, healthcare, or a related field 6+ years of healthcare or insurance experience with analytics/reporting 3+ years of supervisory experience Extensive knowledge of risk adjustment and vendor performance management Experience with SAS, R, or SQL preferred
