Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant / Functional Lead / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) and Retail Execution to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, and the ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead functional activities throughout the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation lifecycle.Conduct stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and business workshops.Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and system configurations.Configure Consumer Goods Cloud features, including Visit Plans, Action Plans, Task Templates, Surveys, and Assessment Tasks.Support retail execution processes such as field sales activities, merchandising, store visits, product displays, KPI tracking, and compliance.Manage Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.Document business processes, functional specifications, and end-to-end use cases.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release readiness.Provide functional guidance to stakeholders and delivery teams throughout implementation.
Required Qualifications:6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting or implementation experience.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.Strong, practical experience in CPG Retail Execution.Previous experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead or Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.Strong understanding of field sales, merchandising, route-to-market, store execution, and performance tracking.Experience leading client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and implementation activities.Knowledge of Salesforce data models, Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management.
Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.Experience delivering Salesforce solutions for CPG or retail businesses.Exposure to the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from discovery through deployment.
