Assistant Store ManagerSanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support team development, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment.This role partners closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach team members, maintain operational standards, and support overall store performance. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will serve as the acting store leader.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily store operations and team leadershipDeliver exceptional retail and wholesale customer serviceCoach, train, and develop team membersHelp drive sales growth and build customer relationshipsAssist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and merchandisingMaintain store safety, cleanliness, and operational standardsResolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlySupport Outside Sales with wholesale account growthQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years of leadership experience preferredRetail, automotive, or auto parts experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and technology platformsValid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle recordPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the dayFrequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsScheduleApproximately 45 hours per weekSanel NAPA is a family-owned business serving our communities for over 100 years, with five generations dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality auto parts.
