Circles is hiring a Level 1 Voice Customer Happiness Expert to join our remote team in Pakistan. You will provide frontline support via voicemail, live chat, email and social media, delivering timely resolutions and genuine empathy to every customer.

With 2+ years in customer service in e-commerce, BPO or telco, you’ll handle challenging inquiries, coordinate with delivery, billing and app teams, and help maintain service excellence across channels while adapting to shift and weekend schedules.
