*Reporting to the CFO
*Oversee All Corporate Tax Functions
*Tax Compliance & Reporting
*Partnership Compliance Tax- K-1's
*Manage Federal, State, Local & Indirect Tax
*Oversee all Tax Process Improvements, Automation & Controls
*Manage & Liaison with Third Party Vendors/External Tax Advisors
*Capital Accounts & Calculations
*Oversee Tax Support & Communications for the Investors, Partners & Internal Stakeholders
Qualifications:*10+ Years Tax Experience at a Large Global Financial Institution- Bank, Alternative Asset Manager, Wealth Management, etc.
*Ideal Candidates will have a Mix of Public/Private Tax (Would Consider Strong candidates Coming Directly out of Public with Heavy Background in Financial Services Clients)
*Advanced Corporate Tax & Partnership Tax Background
*CPA & MST in Taxation a plus
*Strong Background in Tax Automation & Process Improvements & AI
*Strong Experience in Managing Relationships with External Vendors
Base Salary 200k-250k +Strong Bonus. ~300k-350k all in Cash Comp & Excellent Benefits/Full Comprehensive Package. Excellent Work Life Balance and Culture. xzbcwsv 2 Days in Office.
