RN Rapid Response Job Category Nursing Schedule Full time Shift 3 - Night Shift SUMMARY : Provides oversight and training, while participating in the rapid response, stroke and code team responses for critical patient care. Maintains NRCPR Database and runs abstracts to evaluate performance for quality control and recommends improvements as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Provides critical patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure safe patient care.
